Product Feature
1.More leeway in the movable range
It is a compact type of movable connector with more leeway of maximum movable ranges of ±1.0mm in the X-axis direction, ±0.8mm in the Y-axis direction, and ±1.0mm in the Z-axis direction. In addition, a certain type of plug is available, being equipped with stopper for the movable range, which serves for preventing connectors from being broken when a shock is given.
2.Wealth of variations:
Countermeasures for distance between boards of 9.5mm to 33.0mm are possible. Abundant numbers of pins and variations in distance between boards are available, which enable us to meet various kinds of customers' needs.
3.Automatic mounting optionally available:
The socket side is to have SMT soldered and emboss taping packing. The said connectors are to be equipped with adsorptive surface, and can be accommodated to adsorptive type of automatic mounting machines without additional adsorptive cover or tape employed.
4.High contact reliability:
We would like to underline that the socket terminals' shape is of fork terminals we made available thanks to the unique technology. It ensures high contact reliability, and therefore is highly evaluated for use of car equipment.
5.Fixing mounting position optionally available:
You may select either existent-, or nonexistent-, boss to fix the position for socket side.
6.Improved efficiency in assembly work:
The chamfer set up inside the plug functions as a guiding facilitator when mated. It will be more effective, especially when the mating portion is located in the back of the board and cannot be seen.
